DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we do not have the ability to ship internationally... But we REALLY want to. This is tricky for us because in order to do so, we would need to increase our product pricing, which is something we genuinely do NOT want to do. So, until we can figure out a way to ship abroad without an insane price hike, we'll be sticking with domestic shipping in the United States only. Sorry :( I promise this is something we're going to offer eventually.
WHICH MATERIAL(S) ARE USED IN YOUR PRODUCTS?
At the moment, we do our very best to keep all products 100% cotton or in some cases 100% fleece. Some products do contain a blend. We label every item in the product description with their material for ease of purchase. I hope this helps :)
WHAT IS THE POLICY FOR RETURNS?
We truly value your satisfaction and want to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. After 30 days from the purchase date, we regret that we will not be able to accept returns.
To initiate a return, please email our Returns department at HeavenandHealingMerch@Gmail.com with the following information:
- Your name
- Order number
- A brief description of why you are requesting the return
- Indicate if you prefer an exchange or a full refund
Please note that the full refund excludes the cost of shipping the item back to us. We are here to assist you and make the process as smooth as possible.
WHY HASN'T MY PACKAGE ARRIVED?
Once you place your order, a store owner will typically approve the order immediately for prompt service. In the event a store owner does not manually do this, the order will still automatically process within the hour after placing the order. The reason I'm explaining this is so that you understand we do have the shipping process automated for quick response, but typically the owner will be notified of your order and try and process it within 5 minutes after the order is placed because we want everything to get to you as soon as possible. However, once the order IS processed, shipping timeframe is ENTIRELY handled by the 3rd party shippers (UPS, FEDEX, DHL, USPS) and no longer within our control. For the quickest shipping turnover, we recommend choosing "standard shipping" and not "economic shipping" as an option when placing your order. If for whatever reason there is a legitimate issue with shipping, store owners are notified by the shipper and we will contact you, the purchaser.
DO YOU TAKE REQUESTS FOR PRODUCTS?
We are always up for suggestions for merchandise. The best way to recommend future products, designs, themes, etc. would be to direct message a store owner on their social media accounts. Both owners have very public social media pages that can be found fairly quickly through a Google search or Instagram search.
YOU ARE OUT OF STOCK OF THE ITEM I WANT...
Wait a few hours or maybe a couple days. Odds are the item will be restocked. But unfortunately, if the item you want isn't available, there's nothing we can do about it until more are available. Sorry :(
WHEN DO YOU DROP NEW MERCHANDISE?
We typically try and drop new merchandise 4 times a year. There may even be some exclusive TWO-DAY DROPS that are a one and done thing, so always be on the lookout for those.
